I don't want to cheat as often as I WAS, but I also think its important to be flexible and be able to enjoy a "cheat" meal every now and then with zero guilt. <br /><br />I was eating non-primal stuff 4 or even 5 times a week. I want to keep myself to 2x a week, 3 at the very most.
